Exeter Science Park is being developed on a 26 hectare site located at the intersection of the A30 & the M5 and is due to open in late 2013.

Organisations locating on the Science Park will range from start-ups and spin-outs to established multi-site international businesses with activities ranging from modelling to manufacture. The one thing which they will have in common, however, is the desire to achieve exceptional growth through collaboration in a knowledge-rich environment.

The Science Park will become a important hub of local scientific, technological, engineering and medicine (STEM) based businesses in Exeter with the potential to provide over 3,000 jobs.
